If your product arrives damaged, please inspect the packaging upon delivery. Note any damage, including damage to the box, when signing for delivery. If you suspect damage but are unable to open the package during delivery, write "suspect damage" on the delivery receipt.

For damaged items, please send photos to support@myloungeessentials.com for immediate replacement or refund processing (usually within 1 business day).
