Refunds and Return Policy

At My Lounge Essentials, we aim to make your shopping experience comfortable, which is why we've streamlined our return and refund process for your convenience.

  1. Return Time Frame: You have a 30-day window from the purchase date to return items. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.

  2. Shipping Cost: If an item is defective or not as described, we'll cover the return shipping costs. However, if you're returning an item due to a change of mind, you'll need to cover the shipping fees.

  3. Defective or Broken Products: If you receive a defective or broken product, inform us within 30 days. We'll assist you in returning it at no additional cost. Upon receipt, we'll either replace the item or provide a full refund, including original shipping costs.

  4. Change of Mind Returns: If you decide to return an item for reasons other than defects, you have 30 days to do so. You'll be responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Once received, we'll issue a refund for the item, excluding the shipping fees.

  5. Refunds: After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we'll notify you via email. Your refund will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method. Please note that banks or card issuers may require additional time to process the refund.

Remember, sometimes banks or cards might take a little while to show the refund. If it's been more than 10 business days since we said we're giving you a refund and you don't see it, just email us at support@myloungeessentials.com
